That's right! Valentine's Day is just around the corner and if you're like me, you probably need a little bit of help to know what to do this weekend. There are many places that you can reserve a beautiful dinner out but if you're going to do that it's best to get in early and make your reservations today or tomorrow. However, there are a lot more events and activities and dinner going on this weekend.

Everyone's different so Valentines to some may be completely different to others. Take for example this weekends Rose City Rollers, our roller derby teams tended on this weekend on the 13th and 14th. Enjoy the Wreckers vs. the Hillsboro Air Raid Roller Girls and on the 14th it's High Rollers versus Guns N Rollers. This event will be held at Oaks Park & The Hangar located at 7805 Southeast Oaks Park Way in downtown. May be rough and tough rollerskating girls is not quite your style; that's okay because you can enjoy a lot of other romantic and unique events such as Portland Hidden Mysteries on the urban adventure quest. This amazing scavenger hunt turns Portland into a giant gameboard. You can discover new things about your city, find hidden gems throughout the area and do it all with the one you love.

Maybe something a little more taboo is your style. Then you have to check out Portland's rendition of "Cuff Me". This Fifty Shades of Grey musical parody is unauthorized and hold hilarious. Get your tickets at the Winningstad Theatre.

Perhaps more of a weekend getaway is up your alley. Check out the Oregon Valentines Day getaway at the Village Green Resort in Cottage Grove. For $139 a night enjoy beautiful chocolate covered strawberries, champagne, dinner, breakfast and drinks.

The Portland Spirit is putting on a Valentine's Day Dinner Cruise. Enjoy music, gorgeous views, dinner and champagne.

Considering a little bit of silly fun this weekend? Perhaps you want to check out Cuddle Con for this year's rendition of a pillow fight. With over 200 people, this enormous pillow fight offers dance lessons, and after party, yoga, food and more. Tickets are just $40.

Maybe you're looking for something to do on your own without being a pesky couple? Then you have to check out the Anti-Valentine's Day party and Audio Cinema. Enjoy raffle prizes, drinks, music and delicious food.
