Each year I try to bring you the best of Portland real estate whether it is events and activities, local neighborhoods and communities, real estate market reports and more. My website offers a diverse collection of neighborhood posts, community events and festivals, and of course, all the latest listings for each neighborhood and community around the Portland Metro area. Here are some of the more popular blog posts and topics we discussed over the last year.
The specific page I did on searching Portland neighborhoods and communities by ZIP Code really has most of the hits. It’s ideally broke into all of the different ZIP Code surrounding the Portland Metropolitan area from Northwest Portland to Clackamas and Tualatin, Gresham to Beaverton and everywhere in between. It provides an easy way for people to search within a specific ZIP Code either by school districts, commute routes, or if they just want to know the specific neighborhood and ZIP Code that goes along with it.
Historical homes in Portland Oregon gets a lot of hits as well because of the desire that people have in vintage style homes. Portland has a lot of history and many of the homes were built in the early 20th century or late 19th century. It’s a rarity but it’s always fun to find homes with original, restored features such as banisters and staircases, clawfoot bathtubs and crown molding. Portland has a lot of these historical homes with a variety of price ranges starting at about $200,000 and going to about $900,000.
The events and festivals always get a lot of hits around that time such as our Valentine’s Day post, New Year’s Eve and holiday events, and coming up this month the best things to do on St. Patrick’s Day in Portland.
Buyers use this website to save searches on specific homes that they viewed and want to learn more about. If it any time you would like to browse through our listings check out the advanced search feature on my website. You can search by map, MLS numbers, look for just condominiums and lofts, ZIP Code search, and of course any town and subdivision across the Metro Portland area. From here, feel free to sign up to receive email updates on homes and properties that fit your search criteria. When you’re ready, simply contact me for a free showing and tour of any home in the area. I would be happy to find out more information, how long homes than on the market, neighborhood details, and anything else that might make your home purchase easier.
