The chocolate Festival is a connection between the World Forest Center and the chocolate universe. This is a fundraiser for the center, which provides education of the world's forests, trees and environmental sustainability. This nonprofit organization was founded in 1964 to educate and inform people about our environment. The chocolate Festival promotes this center by exposing visitors to the wonderful world of chocolate products. They also educate about the tropical cacao tree and how chocolate is made from bean to bar.
