Arlington Heights is located west of downtown Portland overlooking the beautiful city skyline. The average home price here is about $700,000 with a smaller population of about 500. Sylvan and Northwest Heights is located just south of Forest Park and about 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Portland. It’s also located north of Beaverton and easily accessible along the Sunset Highway. This neighborhood has a population of about 4500 residents with 83% homeownership. There’s nearly 300 acres of parks and home started about $500,000 and can easily range over $1 million for beautiful single-family homes with four and five bedrooms, luxurious amenities, extremely large floor plans of over 5000 ft.² and larger lots.
