The Aloha neighborhood is located within the Beaverton just west of downtown and south of the 26 highway. It surrounding Highway 8. The median sales price is about $317,000 which puts the price per square foot or $202. The median rent for this neighborhood is $1495. Over the last year there's been a 17% year-over-year rise in the median sales price but just a 1% rise in the rent.
