The Children’s Museum is probably one of the most popular landmarks in Sylvan Highlands which opened in 1946 and is the sixth oldest children’s museum in the world. The homes and real estate in the Sylvan Highlands neighborhoods are somewhat limited because the Mount Calvary Cemetery is located to the north which takes up a good part of land. There’s a shopping center along Cunset Highway to the south and in between our pockets of smaller neighborhoods with homes ranging in price from about $200,000 to literally over $1 million. There are some beautiful estate homes and historical buildings within the Sylvan Highlands area.
