Join foodies from all over Tuesday May 7th at the McMenamins Crystal Hotel and Ballroom at 1332 W Burnside Rd in downtown Portland for the annual Taste of the Nation.
Are you a foodie? You know, one of those people that flocks to every foodie event in town or must try the latest in unique eats or scans the food channel for Portland hot spots? Then the Taste of the Nation is a must-do.
This is the mother of all food events. Enjoy tastes from over 50 gourmet restaurants, 20 wineries and 10 distilleries. The admission is well worth it at $85 for general admission, $150 for VIP admission, and $200 for the LUXE admission, which includes enjoying everything the event has to offer with more elbow room. Early admission starts at 5 PM and there’s complimentary valet parking, sample bites and admittance to the LUXE lounge. General admission starts at 6:30 and includes tastes from over 40 restaurants and 30 beverage vendors. Enjoy silent auction and more.
Besides the gourmet food and unique bites you’re only going to find all in one place here, the Taste of the Nation is put on to fight childhood hunger. It supports share our strength which focuses on eliminating childhood hunger from a variety of local sources.
