Valentine’s Day is almost upon us and there are many cool events and creative activities to do around Valentine’s Day but you better hurry quickly because many places are booking up already.

Here’s just a quick snapshot of some of the Valentine’s Day events happening around Portland:

February 14 and 15th find arousal and excitement with the Wanderlust Circus - happening Thursday and Friday at 7 PM at the Bossa Nova Ballroom. February 14 through the 16th enjoy Funny with Your Honey by comedian Tom Rhodes. Starting Thursday, February 14 at 8 PM, Friday at 7:30 and 10 PM, and Saturday at 7:30 and 10 PM. Tickets are $20-$25.

Want something a little more romantic? Enjoy Roberta Flack Valentines with Oregon Symphony. Thursday, February 14 at 7:30 PM at the Arlene Schnitzer concert Hall. Classically trained piano music, beautiful music from Mrs. Flack, and the most celebrated love songs of all times.

Looking for an evening of jazz? Enjoy Toujours L’Amour at the Vie de Boheme . Feel your years and your atmosphere with beautiful romantic sounds of easy listening jazz by acclaimed musicians from all over the world.

For a simple yet delicious Valentine’s Day dinner enjoys at the East Burn at 1800 East Burnside St. in downtown. Tickets are $40 for a five course dinner paired with a local breweries and microbrews.

Looking for some theater? Enjoy Kiss and Tell on Thursday, February 14 at seven and 8 PM. Tickets are between 18 and $36 at the Portland story theater. This is something completely different for Valentine’s Day whether you’re single or a couple. Have fun and let loose at Kiss and Tell.

A little something for everyone is happening at stone in love a Journey Tribute for Valentine’s Day happening February 14 at 7 PM. General admission is $14 but there is a buffet or a VIP dinner for 24 $120 per couple. Enjoy the music of Journey and reminisce back to those dating years.
