Portland Heights is located on the west side of the Willamette River in Portland and are within minutes of Downtown. The views in Portland Heights look east making Mt. Hood and St. Helen's visible during the day, then you get amazing city views during the evening. Separated by elevation from the lower income residents of the downtown fringe, successful businessmen, ambitious professionals, and monied families have been able to maintain social status and leafy living without needing to flee to suburbia."
